We will bring the equipment to run the check-in for your event and facilitate all data entry during and wrap it up by the end of the night. We will consult with your team prior to your event to ensure all data is entered correctly and all guests are in and ready for bidding. We coordinate the ordering and testing of credit card swipes, with your database, prior to the event. We can help with tracking sheet, bid sheet and description sheet generation as well.
We will track and record all Live Auction bids as well as your Special Appeal. We will have one person at registration during the entire event recording any other sales (Raffle, Silent Auction, Heads or Tails) and available for any questions guests may have during the event. All sales are in and double checked by the time we leave, and tracking sheets are handed back to you prior to us departing.

Snowvana features the Mt. Hood Film Festival with season premieres from top ski and board filmmakers, a Brewfest featuring the best Northwest breweries, wines and spirits and live music from incredibly talented regional artists. The inaugural event in 2016 was produced by our partner, Amy Maxwell, and Event Savvy co-owner, Kristin Smith. We are back with a full team to spearhead this year's event.
